Help teaching is a website to assist with test and quiz creation along with worksheets. With a free login, teachers have access to all the questions in their database, but your documents will be restricted to ten questions each.

Wolfram Demonstrations offers over 12,000 demonstrations and simulations for everything from advanced science and physics to K-2 science to arts and architecture. There is something for every teacher on this site!
Wordnik
Wordnik is the world’s biggest online English dictionary, by number of words. Wordnik shows definitions from multiple sources, so you can see as many different takes on a word’s meaning as possible.
Google Books
In alignment with their corporate mission statement “to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful”, Google Books boasts the world’s most comprehensive index of full-text books. It also allows users with Google Accounts to create a personal library as is shown in the image for this post (blue text, beneath the search bar). Google Books also allows for the borrowing of certain books.
Lucid Chart
Lucidchart helps users sketch and share professional flowchart diagrams, providing designs for anything from brainstorming to project management.
Coggle
Whether you’re taking notes, brainstorming, planning, or doing something awesomely creative, it is super simple to visualise your ideas with Coggle. Share with as many friends or colleagues as you like. Changes you make will show up instantly in their browser, wherever they are in the world. This is a fantastic tool for collaboration and planning in group projects.

ThingLink is an award-winning education technology platform that makes it easy to augment images, videos, and virtual tours with additional information. Seamlessly make your images, videos, and 360 content interactive with text, links
Language Tool
Language tool is a nifty website for checking the grammar of text passages under 20,000 words. In the free version, the website states that it has thousands of patterns it uses for finding errors. It also exists as an add-on for Google Docs.
Lexipedia – Where Words Have Meaning
Lexipedia is an online visual semantic network with dictionary and thesaurus reference site. Lexipedia presents words with their semantic relationships displayed in an animated visual word web.
Autodraw – AI enters the drawing space
Auto Draw is an artificial intelligence experiment hosted by Google. Their AI Experiments is a showcase for simple experiments that make it easier for anyone to start exploring machine learning, through pictures, drawings, language, music, and more.
Deck Toys – Interactive Lessons
Deck Toys provides a very unique space in which to create interactive learning and learning pathways for students. Self-exploration at students’ own pace allows practice for mastery of key concepts. Teachers can view students’ progress on the lesson map. This application reports that data is housed in Google Drive of the teacher.
Easel.ly – Infographic Creation for Teachers
Easel.ly is an amazing free service to allow teachers to create infographics to assist students with understanding complex topics. Their privacy policy does not allow us leeway to use this service for students. Infographics are challenging to create without a template as they adhere to guidelines for print design. But Easel.ly solves this challenge by providing a large file of templates that you can take and edit.
LibriVox – Free Audiobooks
Librivox boasts an impressive library of 5,000 audibooks read by volunteers from all around the world. All books are completely free and can be listened to on a large range of devices. The search feature supports searching by author, title or reader.
Lingro – Dictionary for Websites
Lingro refers to itself as the coolest dictionary known to hombre.
When you visit the website, you can paste the address of another website into the top search field, then it will allow you to click on words you don’t know the meaning of, and Lingro will define the words.
Sketchpad – Online Creation Tool for Teachers and Students
Sketchpad is a sweet little utility for creative projects. When the Google Drive toggle is set, the contents save directly into the user’s Google Drive and nothing is stored on Sketchpad’s servers.
Teachers can create content using sketchpad.io as can students.
